Our Expired Mug Policy: 

We will safely store any expired mugs for up to 1 year. We are not responsible for any lost or broken mugs that have been expired for more than 90 days. We will make every attempt we can to contact the owner of an expired mug. We hope they will renew their membership, but if not, they are certainly welcomed to take their mug home. After one year of storing a mug for a membership that has expired, the mug may be donated to charity or put to another use.
